Adult Religious Education
Facilitating a Free and Responsible Search for Truth and Meaning
Adult Religious Education is part of the larger Lifespan Faith Development of our church. Our purpose and mission in Adult Religious Education is to provide programs that foster an accepting community through shared experiences provided by enrichment programs designed to develop and enrich our emotional, spiritual, material, and/or intellectual lives. These programs give us the chance to go deeper in our search for truth and meaning. UUCH has much to offer adults beyond our Sunday worship services.
The Adult RE Committee plans a schedule of varied and meaningful offerings for education, reflection, and social action that nurture UU identity and promote vital communities of justice. We provide some short-term, long-term, and ongoing offerings at various times so we can extend a welcoming environment for many interests.
